Mrs. Faith has been maintaining my locs since December 2013, and their service has been exceptional. As one of the few licensed locticians in the Lancaster, PA area, they bring both professionalism and expertise to every appointment. Their prices are fair, and they always make me feel at home when I visit. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality natural hair care, I can’t recommend them enough.

I have gone from shop to shop, I hate inconsistency, that's what I got from the majority of them, not all of them. I started looking again on the Internet for a shop, check the reviews for James & Co., then decided this where I want to go. I got in, so very happy they were able to get me in, and I hope to be a client with them for a long time.

I love it I get my hair done . VERY relaxing I you eat when she have snacks . she treated her customers right . make us home . I was there ten years old . Mom and my family go there . Go see me Faith, ms Ive, and lady Sharae as they do a wonderful service for a urban community, and will also serve a variety of customers, of all hair types, styles, and ethnicities. No head is too complex to style, and their expertise of service is very much like being at home getting some old school TLC! Go check them out!!

I haven’t been here, and I don’t think I’ll even give it a try. Although the reviews of this place were great, the phone appointment wasn’t too kind. I don’t know who I spoke to but I was setting an appointment & she just came off as really rude. And I’m not the sensitive type. I was raised with all type of tones in my household but ma’am, this is a professional establishment. Be patient with those that will be paying you for your services. Thank you!
