I was promptly attended by 2 female staff members at the same time so it made me feel extra special. I had a couple repairs done and cleaning on several necklaces and I made a purchase for a charm. The environment was professional, clean and pleasant. They even stayed a bit after 8pm when they were supposed to close just to finish the setups.

My visit at the Q98 store was wonderful thanks to Graciela. I went in to return a ring that didn’t fit, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She took her time, gave me options, and never made me feel rushed. Her patience helped me find the perfect ring, and I left happier than I expected. Truly great customer service!

I had bought my wife the gold medium curb bracelet for 1800$ just last month in the new year. Wanted to buy one for my daughter when I had went recently the other day it is now 2500$!! 700$ increase Like com’on are you kidding I understand gold went up but their jewelry does not have the weight for them to go up dramatically as if their jewelry wasn’t already overpriced it’s outrageous!
