The service here is absolutely amazing! Shanel is an amazing stylist, I love talking to her, and she's such a fighter! I travel 120 miles one way just for her. She's always mindful of my travel time and does her best to get me out the door before traffic gets heavy. I'm forever a client and I'll continue to follow her if she ever moves again 💕🖤 my hair is always done to perfection!!

I would give 10 stars ⭐️ I was so anxious coming in for the first time, and you and your staff welcomed me with such a great attitude and professionalism, also a beautiful salon. I absolutely Love Love LOVE how my flat twist out came out! 💕 I came home and received so many compliments. I am so happy that finally found a signature style that I’m comfortable and happy with as I continue my transition into my natural hair journey. I will be booking appointments consistently. I love when you come across a great salon and know instantly that this is where you will be going for the rest of your days.. Let’s first start off with the booking process. Very easy and straightforward. I booked on Thursday and was able to get an appointment for that Saturday. When I walked into the salon I was greeted by everyone, not only the stylist. From that point, I knew this was the place for me. Can we talk about how my appt started EARLY! Love that. Also, I believe the prices are very fair. A lot of salons wanna charge an arm and a leg but I don’t feel that way at all with this salon and the experience I had. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this salon. She arrived on time for her 2:00 p.m. appointment but was left waiting nearly 40 minutes before being seen, which is completely unacceptable. My mother clearly communicated that she wanted a rod set with *elongated* curls—not tight, Shirley Temple–style coils. When she expressed concern that the rods being used looked too small, the stylist responded with passive-aggressive remarks instead of adjusting or listening. She even insisted on showing a picture to justify the technique, yet the final result proved otherwise. The curls came out extremely tight, not at all what was requested.
