Jagged Edge

I’ve been to this salon a few times before and had excellent service However, last year I went to get a haircut and ended up in the hospital 48 hours later with a severe staff infection. I contacted the owner Lisa asking For her to reimburse me for medical bills. she told me she wasn’t responsible because the hairdressers are independent contractors as I talk to the state board This is not true if she is definitely responsible as a business owner. She also left me a voicemail telling me to sue that hairdresser and to never call the salon again or she would sue it for harassment mind you I’ve only called three times doctors had told me that I was Cut on the back of the neck with a dirty razor.. She refused to pay anything and didn’t even say sorry I would love to know if this has happened

I love my hairdresser, she's very accommodating for our schedules, she always gives us the most attention to detail, and we leave feeling like she truly understands us and our hair expectations! Chris Wolfe is a very good stylist

Having thin, baby fine hair, haircuts can be disastrous! Brandi has been cutting my hair and does a fantastic job. Appointments are accommodating and the sessions are full of reminiscing conversations. She is very conscientious of my satisfaction and ease of styling! Highly recommend her expertise.

This salon is the absolute best!! Through the years, I had searched far and wide trying to find a stylist and salon that could critique my color and cut and Lisa (the owner) surpassed them all. Each stylist has their own room and shampoo bowl and it's the cleanest, nicest and best atmosphere that I've ever experienced. I'm so glad I found Jagged Edge Salon many years ago!! You will love your hair and the stylists!!!

The shop is super clean, upbeat, and the entire staff is so friendly. Coming from out of state, I was extremely nervous finding a new salon and stylist. I hit the jackpot here! Brandi is the absolute best I’ve encountered and is so flexible with my schedule. I left yesterday feeling refreshed, confident, and had so many compliments on my new style.
