J’adore Nail Lounge

I have never left a review for a place before and I do feel bad leaving such a low rating, but this is the third time I’ve tried going to J’adore. The first time it was amazing and everyone was and still is super nice and hospitable. But the past two visits have just been disappointing to say the least. Their posts on their website and social media are so misleading cause it looks like their techs can pretty much do any basic design and then some. But the past two times I’ve gone the nail tech I received didn’t ask what color I wanted, if the shape was good, or checked in at all through out the appointment to make sure everything was to satisfaction. I’ve had such a great experience every time I’ve come here. I’ve been to this salon three times now, and each visit has been amazing. The entire staff is so attentive and kind — offering complimentary drinks, helping me put my sandals on before I leave, just really making you feel cared for. The salon is beautiful and the work has been great every single time. I had Sophia do my nails on my most recent visit and she definitely stood out to me. She was so gentle, always checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and my nails came out beautiful. Jimmy also did a great job on my French tip toes. Everyone here is talented and welcoming. I came in yesterday to get a well needed mani and pedi. I originally went with the Gel-X for the appt but since I get fills, the lady at the front recommended the Tap Gel. I love how she knew what to ask to better accommodate my needs for future visits. I was assisted by John (pedicure) and Luka (nails/design). They were both amazing and did a great job! Luka had a design on his nail that caught my attention and well now, I have a design! Haha 😄 The atmosphere was very welcoming and so was the staff. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. I just got my nails done here and I’m honestly obsessed! The salon is super clean, the staff is so friendly, and they really pay attention to detail. My tech took her time to shape my nails perfectly and the design came out exactly how I wanted. The polish is smooth, no bumps, no streaks, and the color is chef’s kiss.
