Had a very positive experience here. I did the Japanese hair straightening treatment for the first time. Baldem and his team are very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I'd say I have 4a/4b hair. In my research I've seen people with my hair type nervous to get this treatment, but Baldem works with all hair textures, so I felt comfortable with the process. I am also quite tender headed so I appreciated how gentle they were with my hair. The salon is clean and they are very generous with refreshments. Thanks for a great service!

I have been coming here for years and am never disappointed! I get the Japanese Thermal Treatment and always have amazing results! Baldem usually does my Treatment, and he is very knowledgeable and does great work!
