I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! Booking an appointment online was super easy and convenient. The staff were friendly and professional, the salon was spotless, and my nails turned out absolutely perfect. They really pay attention to detail and make you feel pampered. I received a full set of Gel X nails here, and I went with another person who got acrylic ombre dip. We both had different stylists, but did not get their names. My nails took roughly 2.5 hours. I got a plain color with small details on my ring fingers. It cost about $60 in total. They were very thick-- the artist I had used too much glue, so it seeped through and cured onto my skin underneath the nail. This made the nails very bulky, along with the fact that on my thumbs, the polish did not reach the edges. They did not shape my nails, cut/push down cuticles, or trim any hang nails. Some of my nails were longer than the others (ex. my thumbs were both different lengths!) and some nails were applied crooked. I went to jade nails 11 days ago with a group. We made the reservation several months in advance. I’d give it a 10/10 in terms of how they seemed to be very nice and lovely people. However, I did deduct stars on this review for a couple of reasons. First being because we all had appointments but we didn’t get started on time, or at the same time so people were waiting on both ends. Then the artwork that was done on my friends nails was amazing, but the nails just did not hold up. She got acrylic tips with gel, and lost 4 nails just yesterday. And to be fair, she does have a job where she works with her hands so I’m sure that is a factor as well. Everyone else’s nails have stayed on fine thus far. They are very good. It was my first manicure and I will do it again. My mother in-law had a pedicure and she loved it. She wants to go back in a month. I didn't take a picture of the work they did on her but I did on mine.

Nails are great but the pricing is misleading. I scheduled for the $45 pedicure. While in the chair confirmed I wanted that specific service. Then, when they started polishing they grabbed gel polish. I said “this comes with gel?” They said “yes.” I don’t really like gel on my toes as it is hard to remove, but went with it as they said it was part of the pedicure I chose. When I went to pay they charged $60. $45 for pedicure and then $15 for gel.
