I was really looking forward to a nice self care afternoon. I'm down visiting from NY and never get mani pedi or waxing, but I figured I'd treat myself because life has been unbelievably rough lately. Well. I wound up crying for about an hour afterwards. They missed huge strips waxing my legs and I now have to shave them anyway. That was $30 w/o tip. Then I wanted a special pedicure, so I got the #4 which has a hot stone massage. $75. My partner got the #3 which was exactly the same without the stones and that was $55. I paid $20 extra for a minute of rubbing a stone lightly across my legs (not even my feet) on each side. When we pointed it out, they got more stones and then actually burned me. Then they tried to charge me $10 extra for an extra stone massage!! As soon as we left, I notice

The service was okay however the I felt like I could do a better job myself on the paint job. My husband nails and toes came out fine but I don't think you could mess up clear polish. Also, when it was time to pay the lady that was checking me out kept repeating the amount to me as if she was worried that I wasn't going to pay. I told her one minute as I sent my husband to the car to get my card because I thought it was in my purse but it was not. It's only $115. Probably won't return.

The prices on Google are not what they have listed in the store. We were looking for a basic pedicure, $28 as seen on Google. The cheapest they offered us was $35, on a printed menu at the pedicure cart. They gave me a new guy who didn’t speak any English and couldn’t figure out which nails needed to be trimmed just by looking at them. He painfully tried to cut a short one while ignoring the large toenail, which obviously needed to be trimmed (I also tried to signal a couple times to cut it). Then he didn’t file them at all. I had to ask someone else who understood to go back and trim the many dangly bits of skin around my nails (the picture shows an improved situation but maybe you can see there is still a lot of roughness, and the cuticles on some nails look untouched). I was less than pleased with this establishment. I was in town for business and wanted to get my nails and toes done. I thought by reading the reviews that I was making a good and informed decision, I was wrong. The “spa” was very dirty and unkept. The young man doing my pedicure seemed like he was unsure of what he was doing. I let it slid and continued on. It wasn’t until I sat down to have my dip nails done. The young man barely spoke English, which is fine as long as he knew what he was doing. Anyone that ever gets dip nails KNOWS that if your natural nails are super short, you usually get some type of tip, right? Not in this case. I asked for tips to be applied along with the dip powder, however no one told me that it would an EXTRA $40!!! Anyone that gets a real dip powder nail servi

Very nice experience. Great job. We enjoyed the service. Manicure and pedicure at excellent price and great service. We will be back soon. 100% recommend
