Jade Nails

I’m not sure if Brian was new or not but he didn’t do a great job. He cut my pinky and on my index finger he put the nail crooked. I told him and he attempted to to grind it down which doesn’t solve a crooked nail. He was watching something on his phone during my whole visit. I also asked for French tips and he couldn’t do them he attempted twice with the first nail and I had a plane to catch so I told him to just give up and do a color. I was there to get a pedicure as well and I ran out of time because he took so long and the lady next to me walked in 30 minutes after me and got beautiful nails done and was done at the same time as me. I went today to the nolana location and Andy came through in fixing my nails. Thank you Andy I appreciate it.

Paid $62 for deluxe pedicure for it to start chipping the next day. On top of that the lady that did my pedicure cute and used a foot grater which by the way are ILLEGAL in the state of texas. My nails also broke a week later. Worst service.

I am really satisfied with my pedicure. The tech did such a great job and took her time with my feet. I was not satisfied with my acrylic nails...the nail tech rushed to do them and they didn't come out so good. They definitely weren't worth the $60 I paid

I just got the worst pedicure from Richard. I just wanted smooth heels and nice polish. This man shaped my toes round and I had to tell him that toe nails are supposed to be squared. Pedicure 101. He tried to fix them, but they were too round already. I told him it had been a month since my last pedicure and I had a lot of skin around my nails, but he hardly removed any. I kept telling him to file my heels more, but he didn’t. I asked him to dig around my nails and he didn’t. You can see all the skin around my nails. I’m headed to Sally’s to buy a cuticle remover and a file to fix it myself. I got a pearl polish which he gave me two coats of, but obviously the polish being so see-through needs a base color which he didn’t apply so the color is all uneven. So I’ve been here many times but this time I went with a man “Kay”asked for what I always get, ann overlay with shellac. Well some of my nails didn’t even have overlay they were so thin they broke the next day I was super disappointed. They were folding and flimsy one of them just broke off. Hope they get better soon 😔 I don’t want to stop going but this was unacceptable.
