Jade Nails

I came in on a Monday afternoon and there were no employees except one person working, with a note on the door to call this number. There were zero other customers in the salon. I called the number and a lady came out from the back, that should’ve been my first red flag. I attempted to get a basic manicure and she talked on the phone the whole time, and while being distracted, cut my finger. She then gave me an attitude because I didn’t want her to continue to “wipe the blood off” with her bare finger. After that, I left and didn’t even finish the manicure. Additionally, the tools she attempted to use were dirty. This place is a health hazard. As someone who is an epidemiologist, I say this with 100% certainty.

Very Horrible nail technician here! (Kim) I was so upset at the services I received I cried! The owner agreed to fix them the next day at 1pm and when I showed up another lady said she wasn't there and she didn't know when she would be back! I waited for a entire hour and the owner (Linda) never showed up. I came back day after day still no results. The nails are very lumpy and different sizes, and it was supposed to say Mrs. Smith on my ring finger. It's nothing near professional!

Super impressed. I was a last minute walk in & had been to 2 other shops, the 1st shop “Glam” was rude in the way they told me they didn’t have time for me, the 2nd shop only had 1 person working & she offered but explained it might be a while. When I got to Jade nails the owner was there, greeted me warmly & did my services wonderfully. Very clean, professional & excellent at nails! I will be back!

Kim is very professional, yet personable. She does a beautiful job of doing nail tips, fills and pedicures. She is expeditious when necessary. What I love the most about her, is her nail art at an affordable price. Walk ins are available, but appointments are recommended. Early week appointments are the best. Wide variety of nail colors in regular and gel. Complimentary drinks are available.

I’ve been going here off and on for a few years now and I will never come back after my last visit. My sister and I came here on Mother’s Day and was told we would need to wait 30 minutes for 2 pedicures which was completely fine. We waited, finally got seated for the pedicures and the lady exclaims to me that because they’re so busy they don’t accept walk-ins. After we’re already seated she’s now telling me she doesn’t accept walk ins? It was extremely rude and a decision she should have made before she told us to wait 30 minutes. Anyways, she continues and starts to do our toes when she starts pointing at my toes and laughing and starts talking in another language to the guy doing my sister toes. He then starts laughing as well and talking in another language about my feet... made me fee
