SO RUDE! I have literally never left a bad review anywhere. But I called here and tried to book two four hand massages and when We came for our appointment there was only two people. so we still go in and do regular two hand massages and we go in and one of the lady’s (i think is the owner after talking to other people) would not stop talking. she was so loud and then kept answering phone calls and booking other appointments during our massage. I was very shocked by that because i’ve never been anywhere where they just talk the whole time and so loud. Well I put it to the side and i will say the massages itself were good. We get dressed to leave and before i can even get to the receptionist desk the same girl says “where’s tip” so obnoxiously. I planned to tip as soon as i could get to the

I spent some time in Southhaven MS and visited Jade Massage! I received the deep tissue massage. They are top notch with their massages! They do a great job of ensuring the massage meets the needs of the customer! They truly care about the customer and treating us right! The setting is great and comfortable, the music in the background is very nice, they are friendly as well. Nana, Lucy and Wendy are very good! They ask during the massage if the pressure is good for areas of the customer's body. I highly recommend them for meeting your needs of a great massage! This is the place to go and you will be taken care of!

Jade Massage was everything, it was truly a great experience. The pressure was perfect, the atmosphere was warm and professional and they made sure we were comfortable the entire time. It was deeply relaxing. Highly recommend, We will definitely be back!!!

Last minute decision for our anniversary to go get a couples massage. Always hesitant on new places but they had availability and decent reviews because of course you can’t make everyone happy. Our massages were excellent and at a good price. Drove 2 hours to take a chance but would definitely come back.
