I really enjoyed the place when they originally opened. Really loved it! However the service has been inconsistent and prices continue to change along with the staff. This is the only nail place I have been to since they have opened but I think this will be my last visit. I went for an acrylic fill with gel polish and had her fix/reshape my shape to stiletto. No repair or added length. She even asked who/where did my nails before because she wasn’t impressed by the shape or the life at the base when filling. I paid $70. I have never paid that much a for a fill here ever. The prices do not match what is posted on their menus at the checkout either. These nails cost more than my original full set. I love it because it was close to our home, I’ve had good sets but price continues to vary with

I went here a couple weeks ago. The lady who did my nails was friendly and sweet, and they got me checked in and seated within 5 minutes of me walking in. I'm disappointed with how she did my nails though, because I paid for cuticle work and she literally trimmed them and buffed my nail with a drill. She didn't use cuticle remover, or push my cuticles back, or literally do anything that was properly preparing cuticles. As someone who does my own nails at home, (gelx) I know how to properly prepare nails. She also charged me like 15 extra dollars for chrome I DIDNT EVEN GET. She asked me if i wanted to try it on one finger and i said yes, didn't like it, and she wiped it off. My nails look really nice, but i'm pretty pissed that i paid 70 dollars for crappy cuticle preparation, and an extra

Absolutely incredible – 100/10! I can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The facial, the pedicure – everything was simply perfect. Had a great experience. Everybody I interacted with was very friendly and the salon was clean and beautiful. I believe Emily did my nails and I got a dip powder ombre french on my natural nails with a chrome finish. Love my nails! I also love how you can easily book your appointment online.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. When I was getting my toes done, the sprayer broke and the water went everywhere on me. And they still charged me full price. Also, I wanted simple black French tips and they couldn’t even do that so they got me a different person and that person couldn’t do that so I had to go all black nails instead and they made me pay for more because one person couldn’t do it rather it should’ve just been one person I had to pay to do my nails who couldn’t even do my nails, worst experience ever. I do not recommend if you want Simple French tip nails
