The owner SUN is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in Sacramento. I’ve left there with cuts and slight burns from the lack of care while filing or cutting nails because they want you in and out. I’ve been yelled at by a pedicure lady TWICE because what she was doing was hurting me then proceeded to laugh with the owner about it. There are a few nice ladies like but Sun makes the experience miserable.

I had the worst experience here on 5/29, nail tech was extremely rude after I informed her that my nail was crooked. She proceeds to rip my nail off, aggressively start filing my nail. I asked her why is she doing that, she proceeds to pretend like she had no clue what I was talking about. I requested a new nail tech, all of a sudden nobody spoke English. I will NEVER return to this nail salon ever again. Poor customer service, very disappointed since they were recommended.

This was the first time I have been here and it was a very cute, clean and maintained place. I got a mani and pedi and enjoyed speaking with Nancy, she was a lovely person. I will definitely be coming back.

First time visiting. Super great place to get your mani-pedi's!! We will be back. There's a hair salon on the other side too.

I went here about a week ago for a gel manicure for the 1st time and left satisfied until a few days pass and my nails started to turn a dirty white. I was out of town but I went back into the shop a week later after arriving back in town to have the color removed. I was blamed that I did something to have it turn another color (which has never happened before) I also received a white gel set pedicure at another location a week prior to going here and had no issues with the white remaining white. I received a horrible rushed removal job. The lady left white polish on my nails and did not buff my nails out after. I am extremely dissatisfied and recommend you go else where.
