Service and quality 100% Lisa and Mike do amazing work!! I’ve been to so many nail salons and none of them are as good and give such awesome treatment to their customers!! Pedicures and manicures are perfectly done!!! I love how they let you soak and enjoy the massage chairs instead of rushing you in and out…so many salons do that!! When you’re paying for service there is nothing worse than being rushed!!! Thanks for always being welcoming and giving such excellent service!!!

This nail salon and spa is TOP NOTCH!!! Great and fair prices, luxury services, kind and patient service with a lot of variety. And hands down the most sanitary nail experience I’ve ever had. I have lived in Oak Lawn for years and tried different salons, but never had service as amazing as this. Loved Mike and the family! I was even given a mini tour of the spa and its upcoming services (wow!). I’m on my feet all the time so getting the specialty pedicure was a NEED. And I got THE best foot massage with the service and my crusty feet came out buttery soft <3 love love love it and forever coming back! Thank you!!

I love this place! Husband and Wife Duo! Mike and Lisa are wonderful! I love how it's mainly by appointment although they do take walk-ins. It's very clean and they are professional. Never a wait do to the appointments. You can earn points and discounts too. I'm excited they just expanded and added a spa!! Massage, facial, and hair spa!! That part is opening soon. I've been coming since 2023 for pedicures!

This is an amazing Nail & Spa. The shop is always clean and Mike and Lisa are great to work with. They are always nice, warm and with a welcoming smile. For years I would get my nails done and not be able to move my fingers the next day. I am so happy I have not suffered any filing pain since I've been going to Jacquelyn Nails & Spa.

Came in as a walk-in and I was extremely glad I did! Mike and Lisa run an incredible salon and make sure you leave feeling beautiful and happy. Their customer service is unmatched and I will be a faithful customer for as long as they’re in business! They are typically busy so I suggest calling ahead just in case! Best pedicure, manicure and massage EVER!
