I had a great experience getting my hair cut colored and highlighted today! I have been going to Jacob Joseph salon for many years. Nicest group of hairdressers . They are so professional .My hair has never looked better. My mother is elderly and uses a walker they always watch out for her and make sure she is safe! So give them a try you will look beautiful and have a fantastic experience

I’ll be honest I almost didn’t book because of the recent one-star reviews. But after reading through them, something felt off, and I decided to give this salon a fair chance anyway. I am SO glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and professional. The staff was kind, attentive, and clearly experienced. My stylist really listened to what I wanted, explained the process, and delivered exactly what I asked for (actually better!). Based on my experience, those recent negative reviews do not reflect the service here at all. This was easily a five-star visit. If you’re on the fence because of the recent ratings, don’t be judge it for yourself. I’m so happy I did and will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Jacob Joseph Salon for over 30 years. I have only had the most positive experience from the staff. From being greeted by all and welcomed graciously to the utmost professionalism this keeps me coming back. The staff treats everyone with respect and care no matter who they are. I have brought many friends for haircuts, perms, etc. Everyone of them has only the highest compliments of their experience. I am so grateful knowing that I can trust the staff always! I’ve been going to Jacob Joseph Salon for years and now bring my kids. My daughter had her hair styled for her communion there as well. The staff are wonderful and professional! I’ve gotten highlights, changed my hair color several times and keratin straightening back in the day. I highly recommend!

I have been going to that same salon and owner. I have been a customer for 41 years. Once a month for a haircut and highlights. My husband still goes every six weeks. Both my children went there for haircuts until they were in their late twenties. We love the entire staff All those years and I've never met a customer who was not happy and satisfied with their service.
