Absolutely waste of a store! No great services and they won’t tell you prior to your appointment, if you are a few minutes late, they would not give the service nor would they send a reminder. If you get there early, there is no place to wait so I am not sure what you’re supposed to do in such a situation. Idk? It’s just a barber shop, not TSA..

I have used Jacks for more than 3 years, and they have never disappointed me. Emma is my stylist and she is quite awesome at her job! She is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Everyone who works there are kind and caring. Thanks for the great service 😊!

Alexis is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve been to. I always get the beard and mustache trim along with the express cut, and she nails it every time. Consistent, professional, and always makes sure everything looks clean and sharp. I’ve never left disappointed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and takes pride in it.
