If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely the WORST haircut experience I’ve ever had. Walked in and there was only one barber which is fine but no greeting and about 30 mins in a guy named Ritchie I believe said that there would be another barber arriving shortly which never happened. I sat and waited an hour to get a cut and that’s just the beginning. I get a simple high tapered fade , and have been getting the same haircut for 2/3 of my life. I know the measurements and exactly what I want when I go to the barbershop. A 1/2 to a 1 on the side high tapered faded. 3 on top. 0 tapered blocked off in the back. I could tell from the beginning he wasn’t cutting it correctly but I decided to bite my tongue and give him a chance. What I got wasn’t anything close to a fade. It looked like

Brenda was fantastic. I seriously can not say enough about how great her haircut was and how kind she was. She made me feel right at home. I even got a hot towel and massage. They actually made me want to come back and have a good time at the barber. I can't wait to go back.

I’ve been coming to Jacks for over 10 years. Brenda is always able to squeeze me in on short notice and does a fantastic job. In the last 10 years I’ve never had a hair cut from Brenda that I didn’t get at least one compliment on. The staff is very kind and welcoming to all. The barbershop is clean as a whistle and maintained nicely.

Hands down Best Barbershop ever! Atmosphere, professionalism....it's a whole Experience. From the relaxing music to the nostalgia of sitting in a 120 year old chair, just love this place! Brenda has cut my Father's hair for 40 years. He's 90 now and she treats us like Family. Hopefully she'll cut mine that long!
