JACKIE'S SPA AND SALON

My owner (daddy) made an appointment for himself and got a much-needed pedicure. He said she did an excellent job and that she was very friendly and professional. He also said he would be going back to see her often. The bad news is she doesn't do dogs. Dang It!

Ms Jackie gave mom a pedicure and mom said she loved it. Jackie also does nails, facials, waxes, lashes, tans and she's a realtor. She's also an artist, her business is decorated really cute. Mom will be back.

I had a 2:00 appointment and arrived early. Nail tech stated she was running 10 minutes behind, which is understandable. The owner came to the front several times and never once acknowledged us. I sat for over an hour waiting for a scheduled appointment. I finally got up and left without ever being spoken too by the owner. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I have been getting my nails done for years and have never been blatantly ignored. We recently moved here and I was told she was great. I’ll make the two hour drive back to my nail salon weekly before I step foot in here again. I’m just shocked by someone owning a business that offers services to the public and relies on the money for those services to stay open being so rude. It’s unbelievable.

Jackie did my nails amazing. The service was great and she was super professional. i loved every minute of it.

Jackie gave my Mom a pedicure. Mom LOVES it and booked a manicure, too! Jackie is very efficient and friendly.
