Let me just start by saying, WOW! This was my very first professional salon experience, and I was completely blown away from start to finish. As someone who has never had a professional salon experience, my nerves and uncertainty were at an all time high (even took my sister with me, just in case lol). But from Jackie’s (owner/operator) area cleanliness, to her professionalism and customer service, she was absolutely amazing. She took the time beforehand to actually get to know me; she actively listened to any concerns or limitations I had, and she was BEYOND patient with all my questions (from all the products she was using and what was in them, to the actual “why” behind the style and cut she chose, itself). Omg I’m obsessed!! 🖤 My girl seriously hooked me up with the most gorgeous Bellami 24” jet black extensions and I feel like a whole new person. The way she blended them - freakin’ flawless. I’ve trusted Jackie for 2 years with everything from appearance ready makeup to complex extensions. She traveled with me to California to handle my hair and makeup for the 2024 Super Mom competition. Jackie came to my home to do hair and makeup for my friends and family for my vow renewal. I met Jackie when my hair was very short and thin following chemo. After cutting off the rest of the hair with chemicals we did treatments and regular maintenance now my hair is healthy thicker and grown from my chin to my shoulders. She applied extensions and removes them for me regularly without damaging my hair. Jackie is skilled with diverse hair textures. She has managed my three daughters’ hair (ages 14, 11, and 7) providing smoothing treatments and silk presses for their coarse, curly textures. S

Jackie has been my stylist for quite a few years now. SHE IS AMAZING!! She is thorough on any and all things hair! She is always upfront on pricing so I’m aware before she even starts. I drastically needed my haircut, and I did not have a hair stylist here in San Antonio yet, I happen to call her & she said yea come on in now. Wow! I am so glad I went in, she cut my hair perfect. So now I always book her to color my roots & cut since then. Jackie is so professional & experienced I’ve had no problems or issues with her. I now have my daughters come to her, I am always giving everybody her contact info to come see my hair stylist!
