I used to go there long time to do my braids Jacky was the one used to do them to me, like more the a year last time a went I asked for something she put another girl to do it, I didn’t like them but I was already done so what could I do, today I deside to give a secon chance I send the picture they told me yes come, I went to the store since 6:30pm when got my turn at 9:45 I see that the same girl who did the thing last time I didn’t like was the one going to do my work again I deside to ask “do you know how to do it” and it’s when she tells me she’s not able to do that just the regular back braids, so after 3 hour waiting it’s when I get to know they not able to do what I want, I’m not the type of person giving bad reviews but I thinks that very unprofessional!!! And happend 2 times

I had a horrible experience at this salon. I sat for 5 hours just for my hair to unravel from the twists because it was done incorrectly. When Jackie was told about this, two hours after I left the salon, she tried to place the blame on me instead of admitting her employee’s ineptitude. In addition, she knows that I don’t live close by and was unaccommodating. She refused to work with my schedule and got mad that I wanted to come on Saturday to have the braids that unraveled retwisted. She said it would take too much time. Her behavior makes me wonder how she’s been able to stay in business for so long. She is extremely unprofessional. If you don’t want to get ripped off, go elsewhere.

Jackie is the best hairstylist i’ve ever been too hands down. You can show her any style you’d think would be difficult and she makes it happen. I wouldn’t go to any other hairstylist Jackie will always finesse my hair.
