Bad time management. Jackie had too much clients on hand at the same time. She left me got bleached for 2 hours and a half (and this is the second round). Longest bleach ever. Not even smooth transition from the root and bleached hair. Used stuff and cut hair are everywhere. They changed dryer twice cause of burn smell. Wire crossed my lap! Finger in my face. Not returning. Just runaway. Should have stick to my old salon. Tried this one just because it's closer to me.

I drive 3 hours every 6 to 8 months to get a Japanese straightening treatment. They are seriously the NICEST people! I love going into the salon and seeing them. They are very welcoming and my hair looks amazing! My hair stays straight the entire 6-8 months except my roots which will obviously happen. I love being able to shower, swim, or deal with rain and it’s still straight! My hair has grown over 6inches in the last year and a half since starting these treatments since I don’t put heat damage on it anymore. Loveee loveee loveee this place and all the staff💕

They took me without an appointment but glad I called 1st to make sure they had time for a walk in. I got my haircut by Jackie herself. I'm happy that she sidnt take off more length than what I asked for which is what a lot of stylists do. She helped give advice about getting a keratin treatment and hair coloring. I showed her pictures and she helped explained how to achieve those colors and what's realistic on my hair and not. I'm definitely going back to try the keratin treatment and get my hair colored. Her and the other stylist were very friendly

I used to hate trimming my hair, because I really adore the NATURALLY GROWN LOOK on me. But the hair stylist here has done a terrific job!! Like, my hair looks the same, but shorter obvi. and not many hair stylists can imitate that. She has earned another long-term client, for I'll be going here from now on😚💕👍✨ I never got the chance to get her name, but according to her vibe, she is definitely the boss, Jackie.
