My ends were damaged and I let her know I would not like to cut my hair too short.. she chopped off all of my hair up to my shoulder and my hair was past my waistline. She cut my hair while it was dry, barely brushing it out.. which was the strangest thing ever. My hair is now uneven and just looks a mess. There’s no body, nothing. I don’t even know why I let her dye my hair. I now look like the scarecrow from the wizard of oz. she unnecessarily bleached my hair, something I have never done before, and I am a frequent hair dyer. Regardless of my concerns my hair was still bleached. I am mortified by my experience.

Did a great job dying and styling my hair. Very happy with my results😍♥️.
