DO NOT SHOP HERE! They follow you around. You can’t have your purse. You can’t touch or try on wigs. The owner will literally yell at you like you’re a child. The moment I heard her yelling at someone, I put my items back. She is probably the one that deals with the most theft because she makes the shopping experience so terrible for paying customers. I never have problems at TK’s, I’ve never heard them yelling nor have I seen them follow people, and that’s where I’ll continue to go.

This owner is a pitiful individual if she thinks I'm leaving my purse in the car. I even offered to let her hold my purse until I get finished shopping and she told me I need to go to another store. It's not my fault people keep stealing from you.....I will never wish anything bad on anyone but if you keep this up your business will soon fail, sincerely Tacia Couch R.N.

Suki the owner is very nice to me. I have been shopping with her for years. The owner is really a nice person, but she doesn’t like when people steal and try to get over on her. I have never experienced any problems with her following me around or making me feel uncomfortable. She talks to me and helps me out all the time. Suki goes out her way to order hair I need that no one has. Suki has good quality hair and products.

RUDE!! Will never venture into that place again. TK’s and EBONYX are the best places with the fairest prices and help. How this rude lady who follows you around stays in business is beyond me! And you can’t bring in your purse!! Treats everyone as if they are a suspect. Spend your money where you are treated nicely.

Went in to exchange hair, that was overpriced, and the female owner was rude and unprofessional. She told me to get out the store and I had no issues with her policies. I’ve always heard or read complaints, but today I experienced this. Do NOT shop here. The hair had not been opened or tampered with. I was told to leave the store. I was spoken to rudely. My beautician is a professional. I didn’t want what I paid for the hair. I simply wanted a better option. Even though I was kind, I was still spoken to in a rude manner.
