I wanted to give 5 stars, but I really tried to be patient. I went to the salon to get high and lowlights, it was my first time. The experience itself was so great! Unfortunately, when I got home into my bathroom (really great lighting) I saw that my roots were really brassy and didn’t seem to get the toner the way the rest of my hair did. For example, I am brunette and the roots looked almost orange. I messaged Wendy the very next morning, Thursday, and it is now Monday night and I still have not heard from her to correct it. I left 2-3 messages by text and am a bit disappointed after such a great experience. First photo is my hair now, second is what I asked for, and third is what it was a week before my appointment.

Best haircut I've had in over 4 years. I came in and Jessa immediately attended me. They were booked as this place is normally very busy from what I gathered. I happened to walk in on an off chance to ask if maybe they might've had a spot available. They did not at the time but Jessa quickly offered me an opening for the following day and I took it. She is so friendly, skilled, passionate, and fun to talk to. I showed her a picture to give her an idea of what hair cut I wanted. She fixed my hair and styled it. I love my new hair so much. I don't think people realize how under rated a good hair stylist is. I absolutely adore this new hairstyle. Thank you so much! I'm 100% coming back here if I ever have the opportunity to live in this area. I happen to have been just visiting at the time.

Jessa is my go to girl! I love love love getting my hair done by her. She’s amazing and I always look forward to coming in. She makes my blonde highlights look so natural and beautiful. She’s the best!!

Jessa is literally the best! She takes her time at the beginning of every appointment to consult with her clients to figure out what they want. She will then explain your hair type and the difference in a picture you are showing her. Then she will tell you the reality of how your hair will personally lay or style compared to what you are showing her. She is very professional and honest; while also being so easy to talk to during your entire session. I wanted bangs, which I’ve never really had. She started light on them and then added more as we styled and talked more. She nailed my color too, giving me so much dimension and texture. I’ve been coming to her now for almost 2 years and have absolutely loved my hair every time!! I honestly should have reviewed her a long time ago. I’ve refe

Yesterday I I needed to have my hair done. Because it was my birthday weekend. Normally I go to another stylist. I found this hair studio and Christine did an amazing job! She did the best style and highlights in a very fast time. I want to thank her and the staff for such great service I highly recommend them.
