I am very happy with my special toe design!! Artists at work 🎨💅 What a sweet salon with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I’ll be back!! And the massage chairs?? Best I’ve experienced. 😎

Had pedicure and manicure today. Very courteous as I was a walk-in. I didn’t feel rushed. Technique gentle and thorough. Very knowledgeable and technique demonstrated precision and expertise. My tech was the owner but I did not get his name. I will definitely return.

A nasty, very rude male employee told me he’d not allow me in. I have a small certified service dog and he would not take me as customer. I told him he could place us on an end station, if he wished. My dog is very well trained and well behaved. I informed him of the American Disability Act. If the public is allowed in a business so is a legitimate service dog. I have reported this business to the ADA.org and J T Nails will be subject to fines.

Clean, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere. I've never had to wait with an appointment and they are always accommodating to my needs and requests. The foot/leg massage, exfoliating scrub, and hot steam towels are quit rejuvenating.

Pricey for kids but friendly staff with great massage chairs and lots of polish color options. I wouldn't rate it the best but good. A bit of a wait even with call ahead. Masks optional. No temp checks. Easy parking. Could do without the music. Something more calming perhaps.
