TERRIBLE experience. These workers only want money and do NOT care whether you like your hair/nails. i came in asking for wispy bangs and LITTLE length off. I started complaining and was immediately brushed off and he kept chopping my hair shorter. i ended up with THICK bangs and half my hair length chopped off. do NOT go here if you want a nice new hairstyle, they wouldn’t even look at my inspo picture and just cut as fast as they could for money.

My experience here today wasn’t a good one. I’ve been serviced here before by another tech and it was a 8/10 experience minus the cashier at front. They have a basic pedicure special during the week. I had to scrub my own feet in order to achieve desired results. The tech got me in the chair and out in 13 minutes. No effort and story and waited for a tip. I didn’t even finish, left out completely. I also handed the male a $100 which he snatched out of my hand and placed my change on the counter when I was waiting with my hands open. 0/10 experience and won’t return at all. Your customer service sucks J Nails!

It was my first time here and if I could give 0 stars I would. I came in to get a manicure and pedicure, the pedicure was fine but the old lady that works there started to file off the dip powder from my nails and I kept telling her it was burning and hurting and she said “I know” and raised the speed of the machine and continued to file and I had to pull my hand away and then she started to only take off the top coat and soak my nails in acetone. When I went to the station to get my nails done a younger girl was doing them and I had my sister in law take the foil off so I can see the nail and the old lady who was using the machine filed my nail so low that the ring of fire was on my nails. I will never return back to this place again.

I had a good time here the staff was friendly my pedicure was fun with massage chair, hot stones, slight foot message then I got manicure was good to my hand are beat from tiling 40 hrs a week. I'd got back cheap 30 plus tip

I left in tears. I asked the girl doing my nails to fix certain parts of the nail & she smacked my hand out of the way. She kept saying to put another coat and they looked huge at the end. So so so disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.
