Second time coming back here with my mom. We had a great first experience and was excited to be back. However, our experience this time was drastically different than the first time. When we arrived for our gel manicure appointments, the employee who spoke with us was visibly annoyed that we were only getting gel manicure and not pedicure as well which I thought was very strange. She then only offered one small ring of color choices which we were confused since last time we were offered multiple rings and colors. When we asked about this, she seemed very annoyed that we had asked and grudgingly went to grab more colors. I have been going for a few years. They have the best colors of any nail shop. I have been seeing Yuki. She gives a good massage with heat too. No other nail shop does that. For the people complaining that they don't speak English, use google translate. I cant believe everybody does not give them 5 stars.

WONDERFUL! The experience I had here was A++. The staff are amazing at their job. Their attention to detail with my pedicure and manicure made my visit very enjoyable! Please try their SPA Pedicure package. My feet never felt so soft. I cant remember the lady who did it but she was amazing and did not rush! Angelia (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who completed my manicure dip powder was very insightful about nail care and gave me pointers on how to have longer, stronger nails!! Thank you ladies!!!!

Love the new owners!!! They are kind and welcoming.They have over 800+ gel/powder colors and matching pedicure colors. J Princess also has a rewards program you earn points for every visit. Great experience!
