Ann is amazing. She listens very well but also provides helpful feedback and guidance if asked. She has done my hair twice and I am excited to have found someone who listens and is passionate about her work. She’s also friendly and enhances the overall experience. Stepped outside of my comfort zone this time and she provided great guidance and helped create an even better look than I had dreamt of. The whole salon is very kind and helpful though. You can see the teamwork in action and feel all the good vibes every time you are there. Definitely recommend J. Nicole for all your salon needs!

Ann Lopez is truly the best! She makes every appointment feel so relaxing, and she always makes my hair look absolutely amazing. She really takes the time to understand what my hair needs and recommends the right products to keep it healthy and looking good long after I leave the salon. On top of all that, she’s so sweet, funny, and kind — I love kekeing it up with her while she works her magic. It honestly feels like catching up with a friend every time. She now cuts my dad and brothers’ hair too — and they are very particular about their hair — so that says a lot. She does an incredible job with both men’s and women’s cuts. I would recommend Ann Lopez through and through to anyone looking for a stylist who genuinely cares and delivers every single time! 💕

I love coming to see Morgan to get my hair cut she is amazing and always brings whatever vision I have to life. I also had a great massage here as well. The salon itself is super cute and always clean. Everyone there is super nice. 4 stars because the online booking service is basically non functioning.

I love Courtney at the New Albany, Indiana Aveda Salon. She is kind, personable and caring. She is especially good at making the smallest things a luxury— the shoulder rub, the shampoo and hand massage, all performed with exceptional skill and touch. Her cuts are precise and styling skills excellent. I also appreciate how she shares which products she’s using on my hair and why. She really knows the Aveda product line! Unrelated to salon services, as a retired high school teacher and elementary principal, I especially enjoy talking with her about her children and their activities. She’s a great parent. 🩷

This salon has been an absolute life saver. For starters, they did an amazing job on my wedding hair and makeup and my bridal party as well. The people who were going to do it originally backed out last minute and J. Nicolle came to my rescue. J. Nicolle made me feel beautiful and they did such a better job than the other salon. My mother-in-law received so many compliments at the wedding, I was thrilled. Jennifer, the owner, is amazing and I will never be able to thank her enough. I also get my eyebrows waxed there, shout-out to Kaitlynn. And recently I got my haircut there. Nick did a great job with my thick hair. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this salon, especially for brides!
