If you’re looking for a new nail salon, Jnails is definitely worth the hype. Elise did an amazing job on my nails, they came out even better than the picture I showed her. & Jury does a great pedicure!! It was super easy to book online and they were right on schedule. I’ll be back soon!

TLDR; You're going to pay $30+tip for a simple regular manicure, no design, and they have no fans. So make sure you're real careful for a long time after, because they do not dry properly. --------------- Went in for a manicure, the nail tech was very nice. Service was adequate. They weren't sure what to charge me since "not a lot of people come in for regular manicures anymore". ( Also the reason they don't have any normal fans in the place, and probably why my nails are damaged less than 2 hours after getting them done. ) I go up to pay, sign right next to the counter says "$20+", this was a simple manicure, 1 color, no design. The girl asks me cash or card, I say card. She tells me, $28. I said the sign says $20. She tells me the boss, upped the prices 10%. I say that would still only

I'm giving this place two stars because the staff is incredibly sweet. I really wanted to love it, but my experience has been disappointing. On my first visit, three of my nails were done poorly. I called to let them know, and they kindly allowed me to come back in. However, just a few days later, four of my nails completely came off. I usually get powder nails, and they typically last until my nails grow out. I understand if they aren't experienced with powder, but I wish they had informed me beforehand, as I would have opted for gel instead of paying and wasting money for them to not last. I'm really upset because my nails didn't even last a week on both occasions.

Bad experience all around. Look at my toe, look at my nails. Mind you I was there Friday, by Sunday i’m at another salon paying to get my toe fixed and now it’s Monday and I’ll need to get my nail fixed tomorrow smh.

Ada did an amazing job and was very gentle. I have really thin nails so they are really sensitive to the drills and files. She took her time asked me how I was liking them every step of the way and even let me take a photo for this review. The colors she is holding up are the colors used in my nails. 💕
