I had an awesome experience at J Nails & Spa! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and paid great attention to detail. The team was professional, patient, and clearly takes pride in their work. The shop itself was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. My nails turned out amazing, and you can really tell they care about providing quality service to every customer. Overall, J Nails & Spa delivers top-notch customer service and excellent results. If you're looking for a place that values its customers and does great work, I highly recommend them. I visited for the first time last week and had an incredible experience! I've been back already 3 times lol. Its so hard to find a talented, reliable nail tech, but I’ve finally found my go-to spot. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxing and everyone was so kind—there’s such a great energy here and plenty of laughs. If you come here, just be patient and kind, and they will truly treat you like royalty. They listen to exactly what you want and deliver every time. ❤️

Went in yesterday cause I was having a bad day, went to get my feet done and nails done by the other man, not the woman’s husband… he almost cut too deep into my toe nail it hurt but I didn’t bleed, he messed up on my nails and rushed them, he seems to do that everytime, my nails are shaped weird and crooked don’t go to him.

Ever since I started getting my nails done at 15 years old I’ve gone here. And I still go at 22 years old!! They’re so nice and they make you feel welcome. And they always call me baby ^_^ love them!! Never have gone to anyone else and as long as I’m in Louisiana I never will go to anyone else. Thanks guys!! Ps ask for Henry if you want nails like mine. He did them!!

Rushed through my pedicure. Didn’t grate the bottom of my feet until I asked. Automatically was putting gel without asking. Not a good experience at all. Won’t be returning 🥺
