J Nails Spa

Painful and the nail shaping is awful! My middle finger has been filed to the bottom almost a triangle shape. My mom, who paid for the service, did not have her one hand cured. Staff was pretty friendly, aside from the man who did my nails. Pedicures are normally good, but do NOT waste money on finger nails.

My sister has been going here for quite some time. I finally followed her lead and boy am I glad I did. The gentlemen who did my nails was professional and did a FANTASTIC job on my design. Very pleased. I have TINY nails so it’s always nerve racking going some where new. He was unsure because they’re so little but he killed it.

Terrible customer service. Went in to treat myself and I regret it. While I was there, I can tell other clients are feeling the same I did. Nail shape for both my manicure and pedicure aren’t what I wanted. Came home crying because of the service and having to spend $81 plus tip for this. I’m new to the area so I wanted to try this place out because it’s right around the corner from my home but never again. The nail techs all talked to each other way more than any clients or my self. No hello when I walked in and no good bye or have a great day. Never had a problem with nail salons until now but will definitely be doing much more research on nail salons to spend my money for.

J nails was my go to nail salon, but this time they were horrible! I asked for a FILL IN not a full set multiple times, and yet i got a full set. i asked for almond and got whatever this is, and i also asked for red and got white???? I explained myself multiple times. she cut me multiple times and didn’t clean the cuts properly and i ended up getting a rash on my skin due to waiting for her to take off the foil wraps. asked for a refund and didn’t get one either, paid full price for sub par nails. will not be going back until they get their act together.

Perfection! Went today for the first time and I have nothing but good things to say. I didn’t have to wait at all and got exactly what I wanted. My favorite part was the attention to detail that Andy had for my nails. He checked and double checked all of them until they were perfect.
