J Nails

I came here today after work to get a fill- in and cut down. I told the girl in the front, these are my nails. She started cutting, I paid no mind bcuz I asked to cut them down. Yall why she started trying to to menace the acrylic without soaking my nails. This broke my real nails to the meat causing pain. The nail tech Mindy said she was going to start me with a fresh set by cutting my nails off. I have never been so pissed. They do your nails never listening to the customer and what I want. I will never go here again. This was very disappointing. The thought she was trying to charge me to mess up my nails is ridiculous. The pictures are before and after.

Located in Publix shopping center right on Hwy 92 with onsite parking, I've been coming here for a lil over a year (since I moved to the area)…I absolutely love Thomas! He is one of best nail techs I’ve ever experienced! Now let me note that my 5 stars is for NAILS only!! I truly recommend giving this place a try! My nails were beautiful, but after a day they started popping off each finger one by one off of nothing. Money wasted. Service was great tho but some staff needs to work on making the sets last long. I’d only come to get my toes done if I ever returned.

Horrible job!!! Even escalated it the day of, nothing was done. I went the next day to pay for a new set. I was told the set was too fresh to soak off and redo. I also noticed that the lady doing my pedicure did not use the callus remover, I asked her why not & she claimed that my feet were “too soft” mind you, I have not had a pedicure in over a year and my feet has been extremely rough. I will never go back there again. There were so many people who had issues both days I was there. I only gave one star because I had to.
