What made it more frustrating is that they had posted about the bundle special expiring just three hours prior, encouraging people to come in and get it. However, when I arrived, they didn’t have any of the promotional bundles in stock. If you’re going to make a post telling people to come in before it expires, why not also mention whether the bundles you actually have on hand are still available? Since I had a hair appointment and needed hair right away, I had no choice but to purchase a different type of bundle, which ended up costing me $125 instead. This review should’ve been left back in February, but better late than never! If you haven’t been to this JLo location yet, what are you waiting for?! The customer service is top tier…shoutout to Q! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the staff was attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. They even offered me a free gift! They have all the popular authentic fragrances and some great deals you won’t want to miss. Go see Al and Q today, you won’t regret it!

J-Lo on Busch and 50th is the best hair store they had great prices and also so nice and friendly this is the only hair store I come to because of their service

They posted a sale on their instagram for 25% off colored wigs. When I arrived one of the workers (maybe the owner) didn’t want to honor it and only gave me $30 off. The wig was priced at $230 and should’ve came out to $174 with the discount not $200 because thats what you WANT to give me. I will not be returning to this location.

I wanna give a 5 star review to Ashley (AR) and the J-Lo Location in Tampa! I was looking to change my hair style for the rest of the year and came across you guys on social media. I am a model and am very pleased with my wig and style by Ashley. Very affordable to,the wig cost $219!!! Major deal and to install for a glues less wig for $80! Even better for how the outcome was. I seriously feel like i time travel to 2013-2015 with the Quality, price & time. A true hidden gem in Tampa! Amazing job and i will be back and you have a loyal returning customer.
