I shopped at JLOs for the first time because they had a promotion on instagram for 50% hair.. I drove from Apollo Beach because I needed hair for my birthday, literally the day I installed it, the hair was not holding a curl, the hair was a blend. I purchased yaki kinky straight three bundles and a closure and the knots did not bleach on my closure. It is NOT 100% human hair, multiple strands were tested on, the hair would not color, the bleach did not take, knots would not bleach and I performed a burnt strand. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I spent a lot of money for this hair for it to be a blend.. I even consulted with Mohammed for reassurance he told me it was human. I’m extremely disappointed with this store and will never shop here again. My teenage daughter was sold a perfume that is clearly priced at $34.99, yet she was charged $50. When I called the store, the owner initially confirmed the lower price and then tried to change his story. I went to the store in person and explained that charging more than the posted price is a deceptive practice and that I will be contacting consumer protection. Instead of taking accountability, the owner made it seem as if I was lying and gave me a hard time when I asked him to review the cameras. Only after realizing I wasn’t backing down did he refund the difference. Customers—especially young ones—should not be taken advantage of or charged made-up prices. Visiting from New Jersey, stop in bought pixie cut style wig..it was the last one. Tried it on,it was beautiful. I bought it and wore it out. I had an excellent customer service experience. The atmosphere was calm, clean and well set up where you different wigs, hair accessories etc. I plan on going back today and look for another one. Excellent Experience.
