J. Lee Salon Suites Bonita Springs

Ok, let me start by saying that J.Lee did a decent job correcting my hair color for most of my hair. I was even planning on returning for another service. With that being said, my final results for hair color wasn't great to it's fullest extent. The top of my head and bang area has red throughout. Now, in my past experiences, due to the undertones in my hair, ( common in a lot of people) pulled red. In every other cases, the stylist would increase the time of the foils to get the objective color and or use toner to balance it out. It was noted at the end that I stated, "there's red throughout ". I was there for 4 hours, and still not getting a complete satisfactory result. My hair needed to be cut as well, but she took off more than initially agreed upon. After spending $325 plus tip

These are the best suites in southwest Florida. When I walked in for the first time the receptionist greeted me and let my stylist know I was there for my appointment. The receptionist then went on to offer me refreshments and a tour of all the beautiful studios while I was waiting just in case I knew someone looking to rent a studio. I was then invited to there grand opening which she told me will have a DJ, food, and refreshments for everyone. By the time I was done talking to the receptionist my stylist was ready for me and she did a great job as usual. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience while getting your haircut. I can’t wait to go to the Grand Opening, and want to thank the receptionist for the invite.

I've been in the hair industry for 20 years. Making the decision to rent my own suite has already been best decision I've made in my career. (It's never too late) I was so scared to make the transition. I contacted J. Lee Suites a few times, I would chicken out and change my mind and they were always so supportive & understanding. I really wish I would've made the leap the first time I looked at the place. What I liked about J. Lee Suites is the fact that they have a welcoming face in the front entrance to greet you and help you find your salon professional. You have access to the laundry rooms with water included. If you run out of products (hairstylists) there's a dispensary on site. Nice break rooms, bathrooms, maintenance. Everything is so nice! I love it & look forward to my future he

I had a terrible experience here. I feel lied to and stolen from. The lady did a HORRIBLE job on my hair. I have been dying my hair for ten years. I’m not a professional but I know what I’m doing. And felt like I wanted to get pampered and get my hair done professionally for once. They made me pay before hand because the front desk lady was leaving so I even tipped the lady. THEN I waited 30 minutes after my designated appointment time to be told by the stylist that she was “so sorry her neighbors are just so talkative” Long story short. I could’ve done a better job on my hair. I left with hair dye in my forehead, chin and more. She didn’t bleach my roots so they did not dye. There is a lot she did wrong here and now the company nor her will refund me. I’m disgusted.

Lauren Dondero is the best! I’ve used black box dye on my hair for the last 7 years (cringe I know) and have recently wanted to lighten it over the last year. She has taken the time to keep my hair very healthy and strong in the process of lightening it to the exact color I was looking for; instead of just bleaching my whole head and ruining my hair like most hair stylists and salons would have done…I don’t trust anyone else with my hair, I highly recommend Lauren!!
