J & L Barber Shop

If I could give this place more stars I definitely would. I absolutely love this place. Juan has been cutting my hair for about 4 years now. The atmosphere of this shop is beyond words. EVERY barber can cut masterfully. Juan has been my go-to guy, and he is the ONLY barber I trust in all of NYC to cut my hair. I cannot tell you how many compliments I get every week concerning my hair, via social media, or randomly walking around the city. I've recently moved to the upper east side of Manhattan, even so, I still travel every week to this shop. It's simply the best shop around! You will not regret getting cut here!!!

Always hook my son up with the fire cuts and shape ups. They did that!! They're mad cool too and listen to dancing music 🥳🙌. I just wished it was cheaper than $25. He behaves wonderfully with each haircut and has a small head compared to a grown man. He keeps still and follows directions so IDK why it costs so much.. He's 5 but the price is like he's an adult or older child. $10-15 would be wonderful.

Great experience super happy with the cut. I use to get my hair cut by the same person for over 15years all my life I had problems with finding the right person tú cut my hair & recently I had to find a new barber what a headache!! But thanks to Juan (J.R.) I don't have to worry anymore. He is a great person, excellent , knowledge & professional Barber thanks J.R. I tried them on a whim and the Barber Orlando hooked me UP💪🏾 .. one of the better fades I’ve ever had .. very patient and thorough within his process.💯
