I’ve been coming for years but their prices are crazy now every time I go it’s increasing and their threading material is cheap. I feel the difference. 10$ for lip wax? 15 for eyebrows? Nah i dont know that’s crazy I always tip so I’m paying 30$ for lip and eyebrow ????? I’ll be going to another spot they lost their mind and on top of me being a tipper she told me 30$ I said wait it’s 25 she said but tip I almost paid 35 FOR LIP & EYEBROWS

I've been coming here for years without a problem. It is crazy how many reviews are complaining about a tip. If you can't tip for service that is well done, then you should not go. Eyebrows are $8, I give them $10 or $11 and they are very grateful.

I really enjoy coming here , the ladies are always nice and never ever rude! If I ask for any changes to my eyebrows they have no problem fixing it until I am satisfied, I have done tinting and threading and had the chocolate wax on my upper lip! The massage they give after the threading is so relaxing!

been coming here often because its a walking distance but they have increased their prices and have harassed me asking for tips ( even though I always tip but sometimes I do not have it, and there's always a new person so its like I'm tipping them all) that is so unprofessional. I couldn't tip one time and the lady got extremely rude with me, not sure if this only happens only with me but I do not recommend them... they also rush when doing your brows and one time I was paying she asked me for a tip I said to her yes (I believe it was the owner) and I had about 12 dollars on my card, she ended up trying to over charge the card I used to pay and it wasn't going through I said to her, hmm thats weird I for sure have enough to tip come to find out she was adding a extra dollar or two to the t

i came on a saturday evening, the experience was great - the place is clean and the eyebrow threading was very quick! when the threading tech applied the aloe with eyebrow massage, it felt exactly how my previous indian threading lady did it. nice!
