An absolutely wonderful experience. This mani/pedi, Gel service with artwork was exceptional. From walk in to walk out, I highly recommend to anyone whether you live in the area or have a long layover at SFO, scoot on over to this lovely establishment. Lynn was the woman who assisted me that day , all the staff however sure seemed to be quite lovely as well and everybody I saw walk out certainly had a smile on their face . Ill be going back for sure !!

I love this place everyone is so nice my nails r always Good but this is one of my favorites this far. n they do great waxing too my brows never looked better i found it 1 day while I was doing my laundry. And that was a year ago. It's very convenient for me. Is it my neighborhood? Can't say enough good things.

I had a very mixed experience here. During my first visit, I was extremely impressed — the nail technician who did my gel manicure paid great attention to detail and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. However, my second visit was disappointing. My manicure felt rushed, and the quality just wasn’t the same. The worst part is that my gel polish started chipping within 5 days, and the entire coat peeled off like a sheet. This has never happened to me before with gel nails. I’m really disappointed, especially after such a great first experience. I hope the quality becomes more consistent in the future

First time here! I got a manicure and pedicure with nail art and they were amazing! I showed them a reference photo and they recreated it beautifully! They are all very friendly and the pricing is amazing! Everything cost me $135 without tip. Thank you again!!

I am in San Fran for business and found J&J Nails online. The women were fantastic and did an amazing job!! I highly recommend this salon. I was in and out quickly. I was greeted and taken care of right away and I even had my eyebrows waxed! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you for giving me a great self-care day!!!!
