J & J Nails Plus

My son and I had a wonderful experience at J&J Nails. Everything is very clean, sterilized, super friendly staff, and excellent service. Puja is extremely perfectionist with her job. I love my nails, it was a time to relax and take care of myself. Also my son 5 years old cut his nails and had fun. I’ll recommend this place for all my friends.

Called & ask for pricing of a regular mani/pedi. A young sounding girl asked if it was for powder, I said no.Just regular plain. She told me $35.00 I made appointment since it was same rate ad others in area. I gave my card.It showed a charge of $45 + $1.61 total $46.61. I addressed this to management on site & they denied all. I asked them to credit my card for the $ 10.00 difference. They were extremely disrespectful,and said no. Bait and Switch policy. Dishonesty doesn't work. I was planning to make this my new nail spa & would have referred several people.

I’ve been coming here for a while…I went this also week they were busy. The owner was doing gel powder for me she totally rushed and just put on cream on my hands while my nails weren’t dry!!! I told her they’re not dry yet she didn’t listen. She didn’t even care. She just wanted to be done and help others and just messed up on me. I’m shocked because I’m their customer and I was annoyed. The craziest thing is that she kept trying to fix it, but since she rubbed on cream from before it all got messed up! My nails were all white it was so weird. She only fixed it because I was upset but she kept saying come back tomorrow it’s busy. She wasted my time I was there for 2 hours. Terrible. The owner doesn’t know how to do nails. The other people there are good and tried to fix it. But it just

Ruined my nails. Literally scratched off half of my nail with their tools, it took me 4 months to grow them back thick and healthy. Their gels are old and start layering a few hours after the manicure, looking like air bubbles. Tried overcharging me (extra $10), so when I pointed that out and paid the amount I really owed, adding 18% tip (I regret adding a tip) - called me “cheap” in their native language. Little did they know I understood every single word. Bad service, bad attitude, they use cheap materials. Probably an ok place for regular manicure, but not gel or extensions. 🤢

I was so very happy how they fixed my nails. I will totally come again to get my nails done. Love the color she did on me. I totally recommend Donna. She’s very sweet & she was very caring on if I liked my nails or not. Also the Owner Nara is very sweet
