My wife had the worst haircut and possible from this place. The owner is flat out rude and unprofessional. I don't know how she has a cosmetology license. Asked for 3 inches off and she took off 10 inches! If we wanted this much chopped off we would have at least gone and donated to locks of love. This woman should be sued. She just kept cutting and insisted it looked great. I feel like she messed up and had to fix it and thought gaslighting us would solve the problem. Stay away from here!!

The hairdresser was extremely unprofessional from the moment I sat down. I showed her what I wanted and she immediately started gasping, criticizing my choice, and making no effort of showing professionalism whatsoever. She then proceeded to cut my hair (without my consent), continuously pulled my hair and would not let go while talking to me (even though I told her she was pulling it and I tried to pull away, she maintained grasp of my hair), used a "chemical balancer to even out the top and bottom" of my hair (again, without telling me what it was before applying) and when I asked what it was and why, she stated she had to do it. This "chemical balancer" FRIED all but about 2 inches of my hair. After she did this, she refused to trim it resulting in me having to go somewhere else for ass

I'm Korean. I've had haircuts from Korean and Caucasian barbers/stylists over the past few decades. I've never once had to direct the stylist to stop cutting because of how bad it was getting. This lady was lazy, sloppy, and would not listen to what I was asking for (in both Korean or English). I kept asking for a fade on the sides and back and she just left out an inch jutting out; I just asked for it to be smoothed out but she kept shearing off more and more. I even showed her a reference photo of myself with what I wanted, then a picture of a fade on Google; she didn't seem to understand or was unable to give a fade? She was also very unprofessional saying phrases in Korean like "you're so frustrating" and "oh I don't know, it'll grow back". I guess it sounds like she's ok with women'

This's my second visit. Not your typical fancy hair salon, it's more homey vibe, but I got a haircut and digital perm at a reasonable price. Miss J also took time with my damaged hair instead of rushing through it. Would come back again.

WORST PLACE EVER. I came here because I needed an Asian hair salon. I figured, I’ve been burned by so many places in the past; surely an Asian hair stylist will know how to work with our particular kind of hair? OMG, no. I ended up paying $225 for a perm that didn’t even work. It’s been less than 2 weeks, and it’s almost gone out. Also, the stylist decided to cut parts of my hair without my knowledge, and now I’ve got an uneven hair style I never asked for, with the right side looking completely different from the left side. It’s so bad, I’m crying. I don’t know if the hair stylist couldn’t understand my instructions or something, but my God, do NOT go here. I’m from an immigrant family and try to be forgiving of stylists with poor English, but when your English isn’t good enough to even
