I had an appointment with Jenny. I arrived on time for my appointment, but Jenny made me wait while she continued working with another client. Despite the delay not being on my end, my haircut felt rushed and lasted only about 40 minutes. At the beginning, I showed her a photo of the hairstyle I wanted, but she told me it was not suitable for me and declined to follow it. She then suggested a different style, which I agreed might work; however, the final haircut turned out to be completely different from what we discussed. I was also initially told that the haircut would be $60, but I was ultimately charged $69. I would appreciate some clarification regarding the pricing.

I walked-in and was immediately met with warmth and great customer service. Michelle accommodated me for a haircut within 10 mins. After showing her my hair and explaining my goals, you can rightaway tell that she is very knowledgeable about hair and styles. I trusted her and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning and will highly recommend Michelle. 👌 Did I mention the pricing is transparent and affordable? But the value is definitely just like any expensive haircuts in Edmonds 😊

I was so happy with my last haircut — it actually looked better and better as my hair grew out. This time, I got a straight perm along with a cut, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The perm turned out exactly how I wanted, and the cut was just as great as last time. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Moving to Seattle and finding a salon that truly works for me feels incredibly lucky ✨

My son got his haircut with Michelle, and we couldn’t be happier! She was super kind, patient, and really took the time to get his hair just right. It came out exactly the way he wanted, and he left with a big smile. You can tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Great experience all around — we’ll definitely be back!

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! The stylist who did my hair did an incredible job fixing a bad haircut I had before. He really listened to what I wanted and paid so much attention to detail. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else in this area. The salon itself has such a chill vibe too. Definitely highly recommend! I didn’t catch his name, but thank you again you’re amazing!
