Purchased the chair 2021 december Using for little more than 1 year look what happens inside the chair. Everything was ripping in parts. I called the company and they said warranty doesnt cover the leather part..

I recently called J&A Pedicure Service with a question about the invoice they left last week. However, the woman who answered the phone, Joy, was extremely rude and aggressive in her tone. Instead of helping me with my inquiry, she made the conversation unpleasant and unprofessional. Customer service should be courteous and helpful, but my experience was the complete opposite. This was very disappointing, and I hope they improve their attitude toward customers.

This is the worst quality chairs I've used, we bought 6 chairs 1 year and 1 month ago. I have had to replaced the back leather for 4 chairs since then.. I was told that this is normal wear and tear, does 4 out of 6 defects in 1 year sound normal? They also told me it's like buying a jacket, that this should be expected. Well this is not a jacket, this is professional equipment that is lacking in quality. Spend your money elsewhere as they will not help you after your 1 year period. Very disappointed and will never buy from them again. They did give me the option to buy new replacements at a small discount, I said no thanks. have been a loyal customer for awhile spent a lot of $$$ these people do not care about loyalty. they try to scam you and tell you different prices before installation. She said she made a mistake on the price when invoice was set.
