amazing experience 10/10. When you ask for firm, they're FIRM. The banya was so relaxing and unique, and you get tea and fruit afterwards !

Fantastic experience, unlike any other spa I've been to. The New Izba special on Valentine's Day with my wife was a perfect way to relax and recharge.

2nd time here doing the full Izba Spa Treatment. Salt room, hot tub, massage and banya. A truly unique and great experience. This is not a frilly or fancy spa but it is a great experience especially for those who enjoy the intensity of deep massage, hot sauna, aroma therapy and some unique experience of the banya

Masterful. Everything about where this spa is located kinda feels like stepping into a Studio Ghibli film. Eugene was by far the best massage of my life. Three of my biggest pet peeves is massaging too hard into the bottom of my feet causing tears in the fibers of the bottom of my foot, triggering suto- Sciatica down my right leg and massaging my temples too hard. He did everything perfectly i left feeling like I was glowing rather than drained. I will definitely be back.

Got a deluxe package (salt room, hot tub, sauna, full body massage) and it was AMAZING! I went in not knowing what to expect and came out feeling refreshed and renewed! This is THE embodiment of a spa day that I always hope for when I need to take a beat and refresh my mind and body. Very thorough treatment & massage!
