I easily made an appointment by calling the number listed on google. As soon as I walked in Iye and her team were ready to service me. She took the time to ask and understand exactly what I wanted done to my hair. The entire team was kind, courteous, patient and the location was very clean with great music playing. Very nice vibe & best of all I love my hair!!! I got a deep conditioning, blow out, flat iron and a much needed trim. It feels absolutely amazing and I will definitely be back!

Iye is amazing with kids!!!!!! My daughter and I both are tender headed but she has a gentle way with braiding. Her braids turn out tight and they last!

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! *Updated review* I came here for a Dutch braid. The staff was very friendly and I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I was treated very well and these ladies seem very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back 😊 (THAT WAS THE FIRST VISIT) My second visit here, I came to get my hair bleached. I had orange patches on my hair when we were done and we stopped the process because my head was burning. She told me to come back a few days later so that she could finish and I asked her for a refund because I had scabs on my scalpt. It was BAD. My head was burned badly and she would only refund me $80 back. She said she couldn't give me a full refund and told me the burning was normal. She also told me she could fix it and I told her I don't want her touching

Beware! Had to do a deep trim on my daughters’ hair due to burning hot water from braid dip burning their ends. Also charges adult prices for children’s hair.

She was super gentle and did an excellent job. I’ve been super skeptical about salons after a few bad experiences. She gave me hope again!! Got a silk press and I feel like a new person 💜
