Ivy's Nails

I went in for a regular manicure yesterday . First of all the place is and old and my nail tech Lindsey cut one cuticle to where it made me bleed. When I went to check out and use my debit card, they ran out of register tape and I had to dig for money for a tip. The next day, my nail on the end chipped. I called to complain and they tell me regular nails are not guaranteed not even for less than 22 hours. When I told them also my tech cut me and I blood he asked if I had any pictures wow great customer service so I wasted 30 bucks for getting my nails done and I’m told they’re not guaranteed for more than 24 hours. The place is very old inside with brown Water spots on the Ceiling. I can’t believe they tell me a regular manicure is not guaranteed and they want pictures of one. The manicuri

I’ve lived here for only 6 months in Chapin and this is the only salon I go to. They are so nice and welcoming and any crazy ideas I come to them with they get it done! If your looking for a nail salon for any service I would 100% recommend this place!☺️🫶🏼💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼

Ivy’s Nails is my favorite nail salon. Great staff. Lindsey always goes above and beyond. She is a great at free styling tips.

I always enjoy getting my nails done here. It is always a relaxing and pleasurable experience. Gon did my pedicure and he always does a great job. Andy does my manicure and he always does a great job as well. Both very friendly and hard-working. 10/10 recommend this nail salon!!

I’ve been coming here since Andy & Lindsay took over. They have me so spoiled. Despite all my traveling, I always make my way back and swear by them. Their work, their demeanor… everything is always perfect. I’ve never really found any place i was loyal to but this is the place! You won’t be disappointed!
