I love Ivy. She’s extremely knowledgeable and cares. She understands that each client hair has different needs and switch products based on your hair needs. I started off using one shampoo on my hair but then my needs changed and she made sure to switch to different products for my current needs. I’ve been getting hair done at salons for over 20+ years. Never have I had a stylist change products based on my needs. Perks she also has the products available for sell.

Ivy is amazing. She has nourished my hair for years. Great products great service. I have moved to Richmond and still make my way to her and she fits me right in when possible. I appreciate her professionalism products and healthy hair care for natural hair. I have recommended several people to include my daughters and believe it or not I was referred o her after seeing a friend's beautiful hair. Check her out she will not disappoint. My stylist is Ivy and she is very amazing my hair is always done the way I like bone straight and when the wind blow my hair do too. Ivy helps me maintain my hair and keeps it healthy. I always get compliments on my hair.

First interaction was cool cause she seemed nice. Although she burned my scalp blowing out my hair(which is still sore) . And dyed my hair the wrong color but she had good customer service at first an was willing to try to fix it on a different date w me paying for another blowout. . Second interaction customer service wasn’t as great. Visit was weird had family or friends that don’t work there doing my hair and others. Basically playing in peoples heads(they didn’t even know how to roll my hair or anything). As well as they were getting serviced too. her demeanor wasn’t good this time around gave off unwelcoming vibes. And still my hair color wasn’t how I wanted.
