I have never have a bad experience here, especially with Anne. I love her work and she takes her time to make sure you are getting what you like. I have been a loyal customer for over a year now and in that time i have only ever had one problem… the pricing. It is extremely wishy washy and even if you get the same exact set of nails every time, the price will never stay the same. I normally wear long nails and get very gaudy designs. I typically pay around 95-120$ depending in how long and which design i go with. Today i went extremely short, huge difference from my norm, i got a Halloween design, and ended up paying the same price i would have for long gaudy looking nails. SUPER EXPENSIVE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. Upon coming in I was told to pay for my services before receiving them. I feel like this only happened because of the color of my skin. Everyone else with a lighter skin tone was paying for services afterward. Never again! IN THE PICTURE THAT'S THE LADY WHO CHARGED ME.
