Ivy Nails

Me and my daughters came to get full sets and two of us were extremely unsatisfied. First of all they are definitely talking about you and laughing but nice enough to your face. This really reminded me of a nail salon from the early 2000s. My nails were thick, and messy talons. She filed so much that I am extremely sore. My other daughter had a picture of a simple set with polka dot and it was particular bad. It was random thick dots without a pattern making it look more like a rash so I politely asked that we please just take off the color and I would pay for the extra change of color fee. The man who did her set was visibly upset and cut every single finger of hers with the file. My other daughter received a beautiful set no issues at all. I had gone with my father-in-law to get a pedicure and a manicure for my birthday. For one my toes were painting and the nail polish isn’t cleaned up. My father in law got cut when getting his pedicure done as well. Then I sit down to a woman and she started doing my nail and she had cut 7 out of ten of my fingers. The design isn’t at all what the picture looked like the color was changed by me but I had her redo the design three times and it didn’t get any better. I do not recommend going here. I get everyone has different experiences but this one wasn’t a good experience.

Really, really bad experience here. The nail tech cut me so badly, I had to leave and go to urgent care because the wound she created when she was taking off my skin was so deep, it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I would give -5 stars if I could. Take my experience and other reviews seriously. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had an amazing experience my nails turned out so pretty and the nail tech was sooo sweet! This is my favorite acrylic set I’ve ever gotten they turned out gorgeous!

I just witnessed the owner berate his employee in front of customers. His behavior was completely out of line and consequently I won’t ever do business there again! I hope the sweet woman who did my pedicure finds somewhere else to work where people treat her with respect and dignity!
