These were my mom’s nails just some hours after leaving. They did not even remove her cuticles but charged me for a full French manicure. We’ve had some issues in the past but have stayed due to not really knowing the area and having an idea of where to go. However, we will not be returning. I’m currently waiting while I have to pay to have my moms nails redone elsewhere.

The staff was incredibly nice and made sure you did not have to wait. Definitely the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a true spa experience!

Pro: High quality work. My nails last until I take them off which allows me to go longer between appointments. I get the dip on my nails. Cons: They are busy on most days and have been short staffed which has longer wait times. If you can go mid week you can get serviced pretty quickly. If you are looking for a relaxing spa experience this is not. Game show network is on every time I come in, although I do end up watching it. I have my nails done for regular maintenance so it doesn’t matter.

My nails were naturally long and I just told them that I did not want tips and then the guy with light brownish hair and glasses cut off all my nails and couldn't even give me the design I wanted. I understood that they might be too short because he cut them all off, but he didn't even give me the offer that I wanted or a hand massage
