Ivy Nails

I would not recommend going here. Overall my mother in law and I were very disappointed with our experience. The service here is extremely quick. It is very churn and burn type of mentality especially for the prices they charge. My mother in law paid $60 and it would be very hard to call it a "Spa Mani & Pedi". The technician that did my mother in laws manicure didn't massage her arms, much less her hands. Her manicure was a total of 8 minutes and her pedicure was 15. She was done in 23 minutes total. 🤯 My pedicure lasted maybe 20 minutes and I barely got a massage nor the use of the pumice stone as well. The gel color on my toes is all splotchy and discolored (see pictures). I went back the next day to have them fixed and gave them a chance to redeem themselves; yet they only fixed my big

I will say that service here is pretty quick. It might be a little too quick for the prices they charge for mani pedi's. They have a great color selection and plenty of staff available to assist. I think maybe 10 additional minutes per client would make a world of difference as it relates to attending to details... from nail shaping to even coats of polish. Not terrible, but not great either. Coming from someone who is really picky when it comes to shapes, designs, colors etc… this salon hasn’t disappointed me yet. I been coming here for about a year now and the staff is very friendly and their work is amazing. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable and not over priced. I recommend this salon if you live in the area or just visiting.

You have to know who to go to for what at Ivy Nails. Because if you get stuck with the wrong person for the wrong service you’ll wonder why you ever patronized this nail salon. That’s what happened to me today. The girl doing my pedicure was shaking so much that it made me concerned for her well-being. She shouldn’t be doing anyones nails. I have had better experiences here and today I was looking for a nice relaxing pedicure on this beautiful Friday that I have off from work. I didn’t get that. See photos for finished product.
